William Jennings Moates III (Associate) concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Moates represents clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit discovery to trial.

 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Moates owned his own firm as a Solo Practitioner. Mr. Moates focused on a wide range of legal areas including civil and criminal defense. His firm also partnered with Thompson Reuters Westlaw to research significant legal issues and provide insight and analysis in the States of New York and New Jersey  

 

Mr. Moates is a graduate of the Appalachian School of Law (J.D. 2013) and Muhlenberg College (B.A. 2009).  During law school, he was a member of the mock trial team and employment law moot court team.  Mr. Moates is admitted to practice before all Court in the State of New Jersey.
