Laurie P. Beatus (of Counsel) concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation Representing clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit discovery to trial, she practices in a diverse area of law including transportation litigation, premises liability, construction defect litigation, product liability defense and New York labor law.

 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Beatus  was associated with the New York law firm of D’Amato & lynch, LLP, gaining a wide array of legal experiences representing the interests of major national property and liability insurers, and the interests of their insureds as well as large national corporations.

 

Ms. Beatus  is a graduate of Union University (Albany) School of Law (J.D. 1986) and State University of the State of New York at Binghamton (B.A. 1983).  She is admitted to practice before the courts of the States of New Jersey and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern, Southern, Western and Northern Districts of New York.
