Darysa Bello-Amador (Associate) represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters throughout New Jersey in both state and federal court. She concentrates her practice on insurance defense and tort litigation, including premises and products liability, and bus and tractor trailer liability.

 

Ms. Bello received her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. While in law school, she was a member of the Puerto Rico Law Review and authored “Contracts and Cyber Agreements with Minors": 2013, Journal of Puerto Rican Law, 53 Rev.D.P.109.

 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Bello worked in the Public Sector as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender, litigating child abuse and welfare cases. She also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable John R. Rauh at the Superior Court of New Jersey.  

 

Ms. Bello is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  She is also admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Bar. Ms. Bello is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Bello is fluent in Spanish.
